It is our honour and pleasure to welcome you to the third edition of the International Conference on Information and Communication Technology and Applications (ICTA 2020) tagged “Leveraging Emerging Technology for Sustainable Digitization of Society.” ICTA 2020 will focus on core areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) particularly, emerging technology and Datafication of society and how these would impact achievement of sustainable development goals.

ICTA provides a veritable platform for researchers and practitioners from diverse fields to explore their innovative ideas in the multifarious areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It is a biennial conference, with the maiden edition held in 2016.

The goal of the conference is to bring together critical stakeholders from the academia, industry and other sectors of Information and Communication Technology to cross-fertilize innovative ideas and to share results of their researches and experiences in the ICT sector.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (12-15 pages in length), through Easy chair  on or before September 15th, 2020. Submissions are welcomed under the different aspects of ICT as they apply to the theme of the Conference. Manuscripts must contain original ideas that have not been previously published or under review in any other conference, workshop or journal. The proceedings of the conference will be published online by Springer  in  Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (indexed by SCOPUS).
A limited number of short papers (6-8 pages) and poster papers (4 pages) will also be considered. However, such submissions will not be made available for indexing, and will not be visible as individual papers on SpringerLink.
Submitted papers will undergo a blind review process and plagiarism check.

Submissions are only allowed via the Easy chair platform. Only pdf file formats are accepted for the review process. Please ensure manuscripts are checked for accuracy and correctness before submission, and do not contain author details or information regarding institutional or related affiliations.   • This covers, but is not limited to, the following: cybersecurity, network security, wireless security, cryptography, privacy, ethical and trust issues in computing, and legal aspects of computing.
  • This includes all aspects of AI such as natural language processing, deep learning, reinforcement learning, machine learning, computer vision, recommender systems, and the applications of these and other related techniques.
  • This includes topics concerned with the storing, retrieving, and sending of information including blockchain technology, cloud computing, IoT, and enterprise information system applications.
